As mentioned, Hydraulic Hot Press C Frame can accommodate various applications. One of the more common applications is stamping. During the stamping process, parts stamped from a Hydraulic Hot Press C Frame are manufactured using a metal such as copper, titanium, stainless steel, or aluminum. A press tool, called a dye, is used to shape the parts from the inserted sheet metal. Ram then pushes the sheet metal through the dye, creating the required shape. Embossing: A process using a custom hydraulic press that creates designs inscribed in sheet material via male and female, theoretically with no change in the thickness of the metal. Formation: Converting a flat sheet metal work piece into a 3-D part. Piercing: Cutting or perforating an opening, such as a hole in a sheet material, plate or Hydraulic Hot Press C Frame in various parts with a floor press. Press fitting: assembling parts with an interference fit. Stacking: One method is to permanently fasten two parts of a joint by reattaching one part within the other using a custom assembly press and causing the plastic flow of the material to the joint. Straightening: Bending, turning, or pulling to correct any deviation from straightness in bars, tubes, or similar long stretches or shapes. Trimming: Typically, a secondary cutting or shearing operation on a pre-made, pulled, or forged portion. The goal is to "trim" any surplus metal from the edges, bringing the part to the desired shape and size. The most common hydraulic press applications for Ambica Press are assembly, stamping, and trimming. Some industries that typically rely on Hydraulic Hot Press C Frame include aerospace manufacturing, equipment, automotive manufacturing, ceramics, food and beverage processing, industrial, marine, medical, military and defence, packaging and pulp and paper.

Thank you for mentioning that there is a procedure that uses a unique hydraulic press to inscribe patterns onto sheet material using male and female characters, ostensibly without changing the metal's thickness. My mother's manufacturing equipment is damaged. I'll advise her to use the service for custom hydraulic fabrication.
